Farvima to take entire fleet of 700 delivery vehicles across 18 warehouses onto Solera\u2019s solution to optimise cost for its last mile operations<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

London, 20 November, 2024 \u2013 <\/strong>Solera, the global leader in vehicle lifecycle management, has today announced thatFarvima, one of Italy\u2019s largest pharmaceutical companies, has deployed Solera\u2019s Roadnet Anywhere, to drive the efficiency of its logistics operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a Solera study, European fleet managers face unprecedented challenges. Two-thirds (65%) of fleet decision-makers say customers now anticipate speedier delivery, and 79% feel pressure to deliver goods more quickly and effectively. The company will roll out the platform for 700 delivery vehicles across 18 warehouses, covering all of Italy. Using a smartphone app, users can optimise their last-mile routes based on more factors, from cost to customer service and seasonality, to ensure end customers receive goods on time and with complete traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
